Customer Terms

These terms describe the minimum rules for using Open Space wellbeing and counseling services.

Service scope

Open Space provides wellbeing tools and access to independently verified counseling or coaching professionals. Automated wellbeing tools are not diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency care.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email or phone number, protect your password and account access, and use the service lawfully. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law or use the service with appropriate guardian consent.

Fees and booking

Prices are shown before payment or booking. A booking request becomes confirmed only when accepted by the counselor. Session fees and payment instructions must be agreed before delivery.

Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel future requests in the application. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund of any session fee paid. Later cancellations and missed sessions are normally non-refundable; admin may make exceptions for emergencies. If the counsellor cancels or Open Space cannot provide the session, you may choose a rescheduled session or a full session-fee refund.

Contact support with the booking and payment reference to request a refund. Admin verifies the payment and aims to process eligible refunds within seven business days after receiving the necessary details; bank processing may take longer. Cancellation does not automatically transfer money. Duplicate or incorrect payments are reviewed and corrected by admin. Registration, membership and theme purchases are refundable before activation or delivery; after delivery, admin reviews service failures and billing errors individually. These terms do not limit rights required by applicable law.

Respect and safety

Harassment, threats, impersonation and unlawful content are prohibited. Open Space may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, counselors or the platform.

Emergency limitation

Do not use Open Space for an immediate emergency. Contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can remain with you.
